Clutch, Removing

To remove and install the clutch, the transmission must be secured in a vertical position on the assembly stand.

- Remove the clutch cover. Refer to => [ Clutch Cover, Removing ] Clutch Cover, Removing.

- Remove the lock ring - 2 - from the drive plate with a screwdriver - 1 - - arrow -.






- Remove the drive plate - arrows -.






- Remove the circlip - arrow - and dispose of it.






• This circlip must be replaced and re-measured during installation.


Carefully remove the clutch. Make sure that no other parts of the clutch fall out; for this reason, never turn over the clutch!

- Remove the clutch.






- Remove the pump shaft - A -.






- The pump shaft will first be used after the installation of the new clutch. Lay the shaft down until then.
